5 in 5 means five apps talked about within a five minute total window. It's supposed to be a very quick introduction to a larger number of potential online services.  These are a variety of online applications and platforms that you can use in your classroom.  We will look at each one for just a minute to get an overview of how you can use them each in daily instruction.  You decide which ones will work best for you and your students.
