Genius Hour
This is a varied form of the traditional genius hour. Students are still following their passions but are not overwhelmed with coming up with the problems or projects on their own. The students are still able to create their own projects but can also work on set challenges. This way everyone feels empowered to challenge themselves and learn something they are passionate about.
