A few of our friends forgot HW and did it at recess :(  But they learned their lesson
ELA:  We did a spelling test a paragraph about grouches, and almost finished our PowerPoints

WE finally got to meet our K BUDDIES !!!!!!!!!!!!
Mr. Tuckett:  He found out that Mr. Grimes really shot the antelope and is impressed by him.
PE: Last great escape ever!
Math:  We did PEMDAS order of operations computer games
ELA: We read our Scholastic News and debated whether parents should be fined for their kids bullying as well as Ipads in Africa

I'm not sure why the site hasn't updated the past few days events.  Hopefully it will work today.
We watched the BFG cartoon and will be writing a paragraph comparing it to the book.
Next week we will be writing an opinion essay of which is better and supporting that opinion.
We took a math test.
We wrote Birthday cards and letters for our awesome secretary Ms. Sheri who will be MRS. SHERI on monday!
We wrote persuasive letters to our Kindergarten teacher about K-buddies
We also had students interviewing and taping each other about how important k-buddies are.
We had an ice cream celebration today for having over 80% positive behavior the past 2 weeks.

Another fire drill
BFG:  The queen learned about the giant and got the servants to make breakfast.  He hates coffee and whizzpopped in the palace.  The army and air force are planning a strike.
We had a math quiz to prepare for our math test on Friday.
Library:  We worked on our websites and learned about the Dewey Decimal system.
We picked out a non-fiction book for our future book report.
Mr. Anderson's class: learned about the formation of the constitution and received a copy of the US constitution
PE: gymnastics with cornell students.
